Service Reports
In keeping with the MSCID’S commitment of assisting our Rate Payers and the Community of our efforts in monitoring and maintaining our service area. We will provide a monthly activity report of our Area Awareness Officers and Area Maintenance Attendants, based on our assisting service criteria.

AMA Reports
Area Maintenance Attendants will provide daily litter removal, landscape maintenance, snow shoveling from crosswalk and handicap areas, graffiti and poster removal, and visitor and customer assistance.

AAO Reports
Area Awareness Officers will provide on the street monitoring, reporting, assisting with medical emergencies, detouring illegal or suspicious behavior, and serving as on the street assistance for visitors, customers and residents of the area.

Bus Shelter Reports
The Main Street Community Improvement District fully understands that usage of public transportation is vital in the revitalization of an area. Therefore we decided to report on the efforts of our staff in the monitoring the activities within the Bus Shelters. This an extension of our commitment to the General Welfare and Common Good and adding to the on going efforts of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority of promoting responsible commuting.
